AMTZ launches RISE HR-Global Forum to foster workplace innovation and skills development

Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ) launched the RISE HR-Global Forum, a platform for human resources professionals to connect, collaborate and exchange best practices, at a Leadership and Workplace Culture Dialogue held at the World Trade Center, AMTZ, in Visakhapatnam recently.
RISE stands for Recruitment, Innovation, Skills and Excellence. The event also marked the launch of the Great Place to Work certification for AMTZ Group of Institutions.
AMTZ managing director and founder-CEO Jitendra Sharma said the organisation’s growth should remain centred on its people, with a focus on purpose, contribution and growth. Great Place to Work India executive vice-president Vishwanath Joshi said leaders must create workplaces where employees feel heard, valued and trusted.
The programme featured an MoU exchange between RISE HR-Global Forum and CTC Training Resources Pvt. Ltd. for capacity building and skill development.
The Atrium, bringing together the International School of Advanced Technology (ISAT), the BRICS Biodesign Centre and Medi Mold’s Advanced Manufacturing Facility, was also unveiled.
