Why Samajwadi Party never split? Akhilesh points out 'benefit' of dynastic politics

Akhilesh Yadav pointed to the presence of multiple members of his family in the SP and suggested that this had helped prevent a split in the party.

"Have you ever wondered why the entire party did not split? Because there are five MPs from the same family.

We also have several Muslim MPs, and some staunch socialists, so our numbers would not decrease," he said.
