India’s senior living market to grow 4x, cross ₹1 trillion by 2030, Tier II, III cities to see most new projects: Report

India's senior living market is estimated to cross ₹1 lakh crore by 2030, nearly four times the current levels, according to a report by Colliers.

The segment's expansion is drawing increased investment from real estate developers and investors, it added.
