In a major organisational revamp, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President Nitin Nabin on Monday (August 17, 2026) announced a new team of national office-bearers, effecting immediate appointments that feature Daggubati Purandeshwari and Ram Madhav. Andhra Pradesh BJP leader Ms. D. Purandeshwari and senior leader Ram Madhav (Delhi) have both been appointed as National Vice-Presidents alongside veteran leaders.
