Diane Keaton’s Laguna Beach home, built in 1976, was purchased by the actress for $6.6 million in 2021 and transformed before being sold for $7.9 million a year later.

Now, the four-bedroom oceanfront property is back on the market for $10.3 million, with Keaton’s distinctive design touches and lighting still intact.
