Lindsay Clancy holdout juror says everyone had phones as defense seeks only his records

In his first televised interview since Lindsay Clancy's mistrial last month, lone holdout juror Michael Desronvil told Fox News' Kayleigh McEnany that he stands by his decision not to compromise with 11 others who wanted her to be found not criminally responsible for strangling her three young children.

He said he hadn't heard of the case before jury selection and didn't realize how big it would become.

He revealed his favorite Bible quote, Psalm 1, which may have prepared him for the ordeal, repeatedly urged the public to focus on the kids and not other aspects of the case.

"I call them the Three Angels," he said of the victims.

"So not during deliberation." Desronvil told McEnany the day after the trial ended, he already saw journalists at his home — including some who snooped through his mail.

"We have surveillance cameras, and then we have actual footage of them going through our mail, and then going through the back door, the front door, peeking through the windows," he said.
