ANC seeks convictions in Tsengwa murder case to bring family closure

The African National Congress (ANC) in Knysna, Western Cape, says they want to see convictions in the Aubrey Tsengwa murder case so that his family can get closure.

Three suspects linked to the murder of Tsengwa have appeared at the Knysna Magistrates’ Court.

Vusumzi Gungu 46, Thobelani Lakhe 39, and Lonwabo Faleni 33, entering the dock in the Knysna Magistrates Court.

ANC Regional Spokesperson, Moyisi Magalela says they want to give support and enough time to law enforcement agencies to do their investigations thoroughly in order for justice to prevail.

“We are still disappointed to see that the people who were arrested are people that we know.

They are from Knysna and they grew up with the late Aubrey Tsengwa.

They studied in the same school.

To see them appearing as accused persons really leaves a bitter pill to swallow,” says Magalela.
