SA appears to have lost its way. We have surrendered the values that once gave meaning to our society and allowed expediency, corruption, intolerance, violence and indifference to erode our collective conscience.
A nation cannot build a dignified future while losing its moral compass. We need more than political rhetoric and empty promises. We need a profound restoration of integrity, accountability, responsibility and respect for human dignity.
As elections loom, the critical hour demands honest introspection and the courage to confront what has gone wrong. We must rediscover who we are, reclaim what we lost, and find our way back towards a society in which justice matters, leadership carries responsibility, and every citizen can live with dignity.
