WestJet winter schedule adds international destinations, removes some U.S. routes
WestJet’s winter schedule has been released, and the airline is calling it the biggest sun destination schedule yet while quietly removing some Canada-U.S. routes.
The airline’s previously announced non-stop flight between Calgary and São Paulo takes effect this winter, along with non-stop service between Calgary and Merida.
Additional growth between Calgary and Mexico includes twice-daily flights to Los Cabos, and increased daily flights to Cancun.
WestJet is also increasing frequency on Mexico destinations from Saskatoon, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Regina.
