DU suspends PhD scholar for slapping professor, bars campus entry; CCTV video emerges

Delhi University has taken decisive action by suspending a PhD scholar from its law faculty.

Following allegations of an assault on a professor earlier this week, the scholar has also been prohibited from entering university premises effective immediately.

The incident, which was captured on CCTV showing the scholar slapping the professor, will now be investigated by an independent committee to ensure accountability and transparency.
