SADC needs to work together to bring economic liberation: Ndlozi

Academic and former parliamentarian Dr.

Mbuyiseli Ndlozi says SADC countries need to work together to drive development and bring about economic liberation in the region.

Ndlozi was part of a symposium commemorating Mozambican founding president and liberation icon, Samora Machel.

The symposium has brought together students from different African countries, Machel’s family and liberation veterans amongst others to discuss Machel’s unfinished decolonial project.

Ndlozi has reflected on how corruption has affected the liberation movement, destroying its original mission.
