Triple murder suspect, UK fugitive Ndodana Tshuma back in court

Zimbabwean national and alleged triple murderer Ndodana Tshuma is expected to appear again at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.

Tshuma is a suspect in the killing of his wife and two children in Britain, where they lived.

He has pleaded guilty to firearm and immigration related charges in South Africa.

The court postponed the matter previously to allow the state and defence to finalise a plea and sentencing agreement after addressing documentation and signature discrepancies.

He was arrested in Kensington, Johannesburg, in July as a result of a collaborative operation involving the South African Police Service (SAPS) and Interpol, following the issuance of a red notice, which signifies his wanted status on an international scale.

Tshuma is wanted in the United Kingdom in connection with the murders of his wife, Zandile, and their two daughters, Natalie and Nala.

He remains in custody without bail.
