Limpopo police hail Musina community for tip-off on crystal meth lab
Limpopo Police Commissioner Jan Scheepers has expressed gratitude to the community of Musina for providing police with information about an industrial-scale crystal meth lab found on a farm in Musina.
Police conducted a raid on a suspected clandestine drug lab on Thursday evening, where they seized crystal meth, also known as tik, as well as equipment worth an estimated value of R600 million.

“I must first of all commend our community members because remember, police cannot fight crime alone.
We do that with the help of our community.
So the community gave us information, we were monitoring the place for about two months and then there was a multidisciplinary operation and in that operation we also arrested two Mexican nationals, two from Zimbabwe, and one from Malawi.
